Our Agency has been established in 2000 (May) and specialised on providing  international and internal  legal,  accounting, finance management, comprehensive business , training, secretary, cityguide services for companies conducting business with (in) Russia, Russian Far East region, China or regions of Chinese Asia (Hong Kong, Macao, Singapore). As well, we also work with some countries of South-Eastern Asia where business is running in accordance with regulations of muslim law (Shariat) – Malaysia and Brunei-Darussalam.

Our Team consists of:

*  legal counsels, accountants, economists and managers, handling Chinese and English languages. Their specialities are:   international private law, Russian and Chinese civil law, business law;  foreign economic relations,  foreign trade  deals, contracts, agreements, foreign investments, customs, taxation, M&A, Real Estate, facilities management, intellectual property, employment, exploiting  natural resources, international  payment and transport, logistics; international  arbitrage and execution of its decisions;

Firstly, we have organized in Khabarovsk Coordination  Information and Consulting Centre of    Chinese   Traditional  Medicine (CTM). Its  tasks are:

(1) to  provide  consulting   for  Russian  doctors, explaining  usage of CTM; drafting training programmes and organization  of  education  of  Russian  proffessional  doctors  in China   for   practice   and trainings;
